I am looking for a phone number for someone who lives in Russia. Is there any way I can get it online?

If you Google “Russian phone directory” there is several sites that offer directories in Russia. Maybe you can find your friend there.

Unfortunately – No… If to talk about private phone numbers…Cell phone numbers r fully private information.The same I can say about land phones…In some cities u can use info service numbers to get information…but not all cities have such services. And even if u managed to get the information – in 90% – it's not true or old N.
U can find only companies phone N on internet….but most sites r available only in Russian.
Even if u norrow your searches with one region or city….I doubt u will find what u want.
Anyway, if u want to find a person in Russia u need somebody who can speak Russian.
