Any physical evidence of Father Gapon’s petition for the Russian Tsar?

Question by tarapalmer1974: In the Russian Revolution of 1906 Father Gapon had a petition for the Tsar is there any physical evidence?
If not how do they know it existed?What Limitations does the Petition have in history?

Yes, there was such a petition signed by over 150,000 people. The actual petition is long destroyed I am sure. But it did exist and it started a bloodbath called the Bloody Sunday. See the link I provided. Especially paragraphs 4 and 5. You can see the consequences of this petition. Believe it or not, I have been to Russia, this is a well know document in Russia, I am American. I have talked to some history buffs who never heard of it in the west.
