Question by Javier: Can a US citizen become a Russian Citizen without loosing their US citizenship?
I have 2 13 year old nephews that were born in the US, and now live Russia. Will they loose their American citizenship if they become Russian citizens?

No, you can have both. The process is difficult but can be done.

The US constitution allows for dual citizenship. Therefore, he will not loose his US citizenship for acquiring another citizenship. If he appears infront of an authorized US official and renounces his citizenship, then he will loose it.

i think they can have a dual citizenship. it means that they can be both a US citizen and a Russian citizen. Talk to a legal lawyer for professional advise.

It is possible to have dual citizenship. As for what countries other than Canada, I don't know
