Generally not, though it depends on the plastic of the water bottle. If it's PET, then you're ok (check the bottom where the recycling triangle is, it'll be labeled there). HDPE (high density polyethylene) or PP (polypropylene) will leach solvents and generally a plastic taste to the vodka. PET is the type of plastic that liquor bottles are made from…they impart the least amount of plastic taste to the liquor. However, you'll notice that none of the high quality spirits are bottled in plastic for this reason.
Not dangerous, just tastes plastic-y.

less expensive vodka is commonly sold in PETE (triangle 1) bottles. So it stands to reason PETE bottles would be fine.

I don't think is an good idea to store anyhting, which alcohol level exceed 30% by volume in any form of plastic container.

Plastic water bottles do over time put out toxins. So its not good for long trem use.
