Question by Andrew G: Did Khrushchev successfully exploit Kennedy’s inexperience in the first two years of Kennedy’s presidency?
I need 2-4 body paragraph ideas for the following prompt:
Assess the extent to which Khrushchev successfully exploited president Kennedy’s inexperience in the first 2 years of Kennedy’s presidency.

I’m not sure how to approach the prompt to create a strong thesis. I have information regarding soviet production of nuclear materials to use in support of my thesis.

Actually the Kennedy Administration exploited itself. Eisenhower had made a lot of progress toward reducing tensions with the USSR. Kennedy came in with a bellicose rhetoric and attitude and destroyed everything that had been done without a lot of delay. From that point on it was rocket rattling and crisis after crisis.
