I know that a lot of his music has been in the movies but I’m wondering if any of it was specifically written for a movie.

No he didn’t, but his music is featured in many films. Actually, he was asked to write one, but he declined.
From Wikipedia: [Rachmaninov was approached ] by the makers of the British film Dangerous Moonlight to write a short concerto-like piece for use in the film, but he declined. The job went to Richard Addinsell and the orchestrator Roy Douglas, who came up with the Warsaw Concerto.
