Every liquor store I have ever been in sells Stoli. It is a very popular old school Vodka with a reasonable price tag. If you buy it by the gallon, you save even more.

Most liquor stores carry Stoli. You need to check with your local retailer and find out what sizes they keep in stock. A "handle" is a 1.75 L or formerly known as a half-gallon.

I've been in hundreds of liquor stores across the USA and every one has had Stoli. I can't speak for other countries.

Many also carry Moskovskaya, which is just Stoli in a different bottle, and is cheaper; it is literally the exact same vodka in a Stoli 80 bottle; unfortunately the handles of Moskovskaya are no longer imported into the United States, the biggest you can get is 1L
