I am interested in purchasing a semi auto ak 47 in indiana and I don’t believe that I need a permit because it is a semi automatic but I would like to be sure.

No, you shouldn’t. You only need a permit for a full auto rifle. If you’re still tedious, ask a local cop and see what they say.

No, the libs haven't gotten enough morons on their side of the bench on the Supreme Court yet to deny you of your god given right to keep and bear a semi auto. Kalifornistan is another country all together, or at least it should be. Lets all make sure to do what we can to vote for folks that don't ever let that happen.
