Yes.. I know Re Catskills.. and Comedians etc. But Why the Borscht Belt..? Did they not serve it in the Clubs at Dinner ? etc? Thanks re info

The Borschtt Belt was in the Catskill area. It was about Jewish comedians and had nothing whatsoever to do with borscht.
