Who cares? Super powers are super powers – they cannot commit war crime as The Hague has no jurisdiction to judge super powers. King can do no wrong – you should keep in mind this. If you happened to be Georgian don't expect that US will send army to save you from the Russian. You have to fight on your own. May be you will get some rhetoric support from the West.

That occurred mid-year last year on Bush's watch. Didn't the US give Georgia a great deal of money and didn't the US slap Russia on the wrists and tell them never to invade anything again?
