The main mode of transportation of goods to and through siberia is via the Trans-Siberian Railway which runs from Moscow to Vladivostok on the other side of the country. Which goes through southern siberia.

For cities not connected on the railway air is the best way.
and those that do not have airports have goods transported by river (mainly the Lena river during summer when it is not frozen)

Road is used to transport goods but there are very few roads in siberia and the roads that are there are poorly built and maintained making road transportation very slow.
