How can I shrink Russian Valenki boots?

Question by ME!: How can I shrink Valenki boots?
I just got my first pair of Valenki boots shipped from Russia. They seem a little too big. I’m a size 71/2 and I ordered size 39 (euro). There are a few inches that my foot can’t even reach. SO, I was wondering would it be possible to shrink them to a more fitted size? How would I do that?

maybe you can put them in the dryer.
