Question by Michael S: How could I prove to my landlord I am a russian Soldier and i have been called for Active duty?
I live in San Antonio TX and want to get out of my lease. I want to fake a recall letter. I want to say I am a Russian soldier sent to Spy on the USA and now my stint is completed i am asked to return. I want to leave because i cannot deal with the noisy Kids and I am going insane. I am trying to run a business and study 13 languages.

You would not be a soldier sent to spy. Soldiers do not do that unless they are, in accordance with their duties, already posted to an area. Then, the spying is secondary to their regular duties. You would do better to deal with the noisy kids (unless they are your own) by contacting the polizei and making disturbance complaints. You would not be "asked" to return. You would be told to return, I think your question is a humor. If you were a spy, it would not matter if you have proof to leave as you returning to mother Russia would mean it does not matter about your lease.

Your city or county will have an Office of Landlord-Tenet Affairs (or something to that effect). Go to them and have them mediate between you and your landlord to get the problem fixed. If they can't get the noise problem fixed, they'll be able to get you moved to a quieter apartment or help you get out of your lease.

DON'T tell your landlord you are a spy being recalled. Your landlord will call the FBI to report you and you'll end up with trouble you can't imagine that will follow you for years. It will affect future housing opportunities, job eligibility, etc. If you forge documents to support your claim, you could even go to jail for forgery and attempted fraud.
