Question by lisssa<3: How did Napoleon Bonaparte treat his soldiers during the Russian Campaign?
I have a history paper to write on how Napoleon treated his soldiers during the Russian Campaign and I don’t know where to find any information. Please help and list the sources you got your information from!

He thought of soldiers as numbers and ways to use his plans but he did not expect the winter (did not know how season worked) and he would not pull out of the battle.

Napoleon betrayed his soldiers. He left them stranded, unfed, and unled in the middle of the Russian winter. He sucrried back to the warmth and luxury of Paris.
