Question by tajamariee: How did Putin consolidate his power in the Russian Federation in his first and second terms as President?
What policies did he pursue to resolve the chaotic conditions he inherited from the Yeltsin regime
and create the foundations for a strong central government and a rejuvenated economy? Was authoritarianism a necessary by-product of his policies?

I love a bargain as much as anyone and I used to love all the cheap stuff I could find on eBay, but nowadays it seems so hard to find anything cheap over there and just when we’re all finding it tougher to just pay our bills. I don’t give up so I was looking for someplace online where I could still find myself a bargain… and by accident I came across this site I never heard of before where you get rock bottom prices from police impounded stuff, I mean I was worried about scams but this stuff is actually real and I got some real cheap stuff there… it’s become my new eBay lol! For Putin went to vote in only about 30% of all voters in Russia. Of these, albeit with fraud 70% voted for him. Total 0.3 * 0.7 = 0.21 or 21% of voters really for him! This suggests that within the country, Mr. Putin is illegitimate and the authority of his lime. He did not remain only with the security forces to dictate to the majority of cattle.
