Question by 2007_Shelby_GT500: What is the process for making Vodka from potatoes?
Interested in the specific steps that take the raw potatoes to a point where it is a liquid that gets distilled. Mostly, I’m trying to find out what makes specific types of potatoes good or bad candidates for making Vodka.
*** Thanks for the info Prangstr. One follow on question – How would I determine residual sugar?
