I concur with the others. Don't cook it with or in anything. Cream cheese and toast points are the best way to eat this.

Ok,
As you already know caviar is not a cooked item. However, fish eggs that are in fact raw, you can either prepare them by the following:
1. removing the "egg sac" (the sac of eggs that come out of the fish) and adding salt to prepare caviar.
2. Deep fry the a bunch of fish eggs together in a quick tempura or beer batter. Fry quickly until batter is golden brown.
3. Add fish eggs into a omelette dish.
Overall, I would recommend the deep fry method. I have seen this done by many chefs and travels shows.

You don't need to cook caviar.

If you want it to taste nicer, try this:
………………………………………………………….
Step 1: Place about a tablespoon on your plate
Step 2: Spread over a piece of lightly buttered toast
Step 3: If you want, squeeze some lemon juice on it
Step 4: Choose to eat it like that, or have something with it like a boiled egg.
Step 5: Enjoy!
I hope this helped!!!

serve it raw! on some crackers

Caviar is never cooked! You will never find a recipe asking that it be even be added to a hot dish. Had it, not a favorite for me, but it is very good for you other than the salt curing that takes place in most preparations.
Put it on top of toast points, topped with maybe cream cheese/cheese of your choosing, and a nice slice of smoked salmon … and champagne 😉
