there's no symbol, what we normally do is put the abbreviation (RUB.) following the amount, for example
100 RUB. is 100 rubles

There is no official symbol for the ruble. Attempts have been made to come up with one (I even remember a public contest to pick the best design), but so far none has been adopted.
