Don't care for caviar. Besides borscht though, I can't think of anything more Russian than cabbage soup. Germans, French, Dutch and Spanish all have their versions but I can't imagine russians without cabbage soup with black bread.
I can't remember what this is called but…it is a mixture of tuna, herbs, rice, mushroom soup wrapped up in bread dough and baked. When its finished you slice it and top with a sour cream white sauce. It is soooo good. I think its called Kolbiaka or something like that.
