I hear it is really expensive why? What makes it so expensive? Also what’s a job that makes good money in Moscow?

Lack of quality affordable housing means you pay much more for a comparable apartment than in other cities. Single family houses are out of reach of the middle class there. Food is also expensive because most of it is imported and slapped with import taxes (no WTO for Russia yet).
