How long can you drink vodka after the bottle is opened?

Question by Mags: How long can you drink vodka after the bottle has been opened?
I do not drink much, and I have a bottle of vodka that I got around March or April of last year. It is already opened. Is it still okay to drink for Christmas?

Sure. Should be fine. Those things should last years. Anything 80 proof or more lasts pretty long.

Absolutely! Drink up! I have been a bartender for years, and trust me, the vodka will be good for years from now.

For as long as there is vodka in it then it is still okay to drink. If air is allowed to get into the bottle then it would eventually evaporate leaving you with no problem. If it is a cheap bottle of vodka then the percentage alcohol content will slowly decrease but, either way, it will still be fine to drink.

Spirits like that will not go off, as long as the cap is on properly.

Absolutely. Bacteria does not grow in Vodka and there's nothing about it that can spoil.

    Enjoy!
