For as long as there is vodka in it then it is still okay to drink. If air is allowed to get into the bottle then it would eventually evaporate leaving you with no problem. If it is a cheap bottle of vodka then the percentage alcohol content will slowly decrease but, either way, it will still be fine to drink.
