If you send money through banks it may actually take several hours, or even days. Make sure you ask for the bank fees, since they are usually deducted from the sum you are sending.
Much faster option is if you send money through Western Union or Money gram, in which case it won't take longer than half an hour to receive the money. (again, ask for the fees first)

Even though Macedonia and Russia are not really close, it will be transfered quickly.
