It lasts forever, its fine to drink. Remember that vodka often comes at the store in plastic bottles.
Mike says
Its just fine to drink. Put it in the freezer
seamstress says
I am not so sure I would keep alcohol in a water bottle. There could be a chemical reaction between the vodka and the plastic, which is meant for water, not alcohol based liquids.
The best way to store alcohol is in a glass container with an air tight seal. If vapors are continually released, the alcohol will lose some of it's potency over time.
Keeping alcohol in the freezer is a real treat because when you make a drink, it is instantly colder than using ice cubes alone.
Foursword193 says
Well Vodka itself is an alcohol (ethanol to be precise) and since it contain alcohol mold and fungus isn't really a problem (unless on the bottle). So it should be alright until the flavor degrades, but you could help it by cleaning and disinfecting another bottle to transfer it to. (keeps cleaner)

Till you drink it. It is fine there. Put it in the freezer.
jb says
vodka lasts forever. You may want to transfer it to a glass container, however, because plastic can leech chemicals and glass is less gas permeable.

It's alcohol. You can probably use it to sterilize all your water bottles. It will last as long as it takes you to drink it!
