Question by Kelley S: how long is vodka good for after opened and unchilled?
i have some absolute vodka sitting in the pantry from last summer, and i wanted to know if i could still chug that shit? it hasn’t been refrigerated or stuck in the freezer at all, but i did managed to keep it outa the sun. will i be alright drinking a year olds opened bottle of vodka at this time?

You could probably put some salmonella in it, then drink it, and you wouldn't get sick. You couldn't make it go off if you tried in that time. When its that strong it doesn't go off. Think about how you can get aged whiskey.

Pretty much forever. Alcohol kills bacteria. It doesn't go bad (at least, not hard alcohol).
