How do I find someone or agency I can trust to pay the Visa fee in the embassy in moscow on my behalf ? Need idea.

You can do it at a local consulate, I just did it at the Chinese one here in Chicago

Chances are, an individual will not be allowed to pay on your behalf. Call or visit nearest Russial consulate or embassy for more info. You might be able to do it thought the embassy.
