I am planing to get married in Russia and bring my husband to USA. What are appropriate steps? I really appriciate if you can advice. I am US citizen and going to Russian on a tourist Visa. I want to make sure that I do everything by the law.

    You have a few options:
    The best idea is to stay here in US and apply to bring him to the US with a K1 visa.
    Another option is to have him apply for work permit.
    If you try to get the visa after being married in Russia you will have a hard time and it could take months
