ratz is a top contributer. That shows… What is the two+two? I guess the answe will be one on mathematics in wiki.
I mean, the head of state. Bullshit. It is putin for certain, I mean, did that guy actually think about the question???
putin used to be the president from 2000 to 2004, then from 2004 to 2008, just like Bush,
Then, there are limits on the terms of office – you need to vacate one after two consecutive terms of office – 8 years.
Can u become a president after another term of office? Yes, you can. Are there any other limits on the terms of office later on. Once more, 2 terms, here is the catch – the legislating lately approved make it – 6+6=12.
How did putin come to power – just out of vacuum. He was backed by a group of oligarchs (read – tycoons) in 2000 and he hadn't been known before at all.
How did medvedev come to power- just out of nowhere.
What is really hillarious (if you aren't living in here) is that neigher of the two has ever held an elected position before ocupying the most important one in the country.
Medvedev was named by putin as his successor.
So, putin is number one. He is going to return to this post in 2012, after medvedev's term of office come to the end. Then, he is going to the pres till 2024.
Medvedev is your English queen.
And of coz, you can look this up in wiki. – it is much easier lol.
