Moscow, the song is a tribute to the fall of the Berlin wall.
I could be wrong, Moskwa was also a Russian car make.

I just googled Moskva and found out that it’s a river (along with another name for Moscow). So that is probably the correct one…following a river down to a park (makes sense right?).

That’s correct, it’s also the former name of Moscow in Russia.
