How about Baba? They’re not offensive to call your own grandma, are they?

All these words mean the same. However, there is a little bit of difference. ,Babulya is the sweetest word of all. Baba is used only when you address or speak about your own Grandma while two others can be addressed to any old woman, a bit too familiar, and educated people usually do not use these words for this situation. All three words are good to call your own Grandma.
