    An untouched one? No.

All full auto weapons had to be registered before 1986. There are several full auto AKs out there, but they must be handled through a Class 3 dealer. Numerous forms to fill out, about a 6 month wait/background check, and a $ 200 tax stamp is needed.

And not all states allow you to have one. Google "Class 3 Dealers" and look around.

BTW, anything bigger than .50cal is defined as a Destructive Device. 7.62x39mm falls no where near that. I've owned a pair or semi-auto AK clones in my life, needing nothing but a drivers license and a quick background check, same as any other rifle.

    It depends.

You can have a fully automatic AK if you register as a firearms collector and pay the hella expensive tax required to own it legally.

Otherwise it's in Violation of the 1993 Assault Rifle ban, which is a federal offense. So unless your willing to pay a several thousand dollar tax or go to jail for 5-10 years the answer is no.

You'll have to check your states gun laws, if you life in the right state, yes =D But make sure you read the definitions carefully, as in some cases it's defined as an anti material rifle instead of an assault rifle, due to it firing 7.62 as opposed to 5.56. =D
