Is it possible to change a russian games language?

Question by inferno: Is it possible to change a russian games language to English?
I have a Russian version of Starcraft 2 and CNC4 and they are both in russian since i took a vacation there recently and since I cant understand russian very well it would be great if I could change them to English. The installer never asked me if I wanted to change the language to English.

I don`t play in this game, but

Settings – maybe настройки
Language – язык
English – английский
