    Probably not directly. Ivan IVs family dynasty ended in 1605 with the death of Feodor II. There was probably some connection as the noble families of Russia were interrelated.

    You’re thinking of Anastasia Romanovna Zakharyina-Yurieva , who was the first wife of Ivan, and whose brother Nikita, was the grandfather of Michael Romanov the progenitor of the Romanov line.
