Question by Taylor: Is Russia becoming a better country economically and stuff every year?
People tell me that Russia sucks. They tell me it is a failed state, smells bad there, and claim it is just a destroyed society. They say everything is expensive.

The Federation Of Russia is a very powerful domain amongst all the domains of this world, it is said to have alot of resources which are unused and is predicted to become one of the leaders of the world if it is not yet already…What makes the Federation Of Russia so powerful really is there education, they are said to have an excellent educational system, even during communism the one thing they had was education which ofcourse reflects in society….If they stop with all the vodka they may just become the number 1 country….

Yes, Russia is improving rapidly.
If you saw it after the collapse of the Soviet Union and with Yelzin (first president), you would be shocked and terrified, but after Putin everything changed for the better. Even though it seems that western media doesn't like him, he is the best thing that happened to Russia within the last 60-70 years, after the Germans' defeat in the WW2 (in my humble opinion).
I lived in Russia and Mexico, and can compare the two. Have you ever heard what is going on on the Mexican boarder, like in Juarez? That is the destroyed society. In Russia they don't shoot, don't steal and don't have bangs like that any more. It has become much safer and civilized. The only thing to work on, I believe, is people's negative attitude to everything. Russians complain too much. =) But they have a beautiful country.
