Obama is setting up a meeting with the Russian president on the 15th.
The Russians have had plenty of weapons in Kaliningrad for decades. This doesn't change things much, except provide Obama a good opportunity to begin de-escalation and dampen the Bush rush to restart the cold war.

I think Obama and the Democrats were against the missile defense shield and Obama has said he will not fund new expensive military technology. So, I would expect to see Obama announce that he's withdrawing the Polish missile defense.
