I would like to know how advance are Russia’s military micro electronic, like computing power
and are they backward in this field as people say or are they more advance then we are?

Currently, their economic power is similar to that of America’s during the 90’s.

They’re catching up pretty damn fast, i wouldn’t be surprised if they became MORE POWERFUL even.
