absolutely no offense to anyone but…
i think it should be moved back to st. petersburg
its such as beautiful city and has a lot more historic things than moscow
i went to both cities two summers ago and i though st. petersburg was a lot nicer
(again no offense to anyone) i though moscow was a trashy, overpriced city- litterally there was trash everywhere
but st petersburg might have had a little trash but it was a very elegant city
and it has the hermitage- the 2nd best art museum in the WORLD- according to most people
so ya…. lol

I moved from Moscow 10 years ago. They don't need to move the capital.

It's not about what city is cooler. St. Petersburg is the capital of Imperial Russia and the capital of the Romanovs. Moscow is the capital of the Russian people and Russian culture.

Better in Kiev

No way. St. Petersburg doesn't need this crap. The traffic is bad enough as it is, can you imagine what it will be with all the government employees blocking streets, driving on opposite lanes, taking over historical buildings around city, jacking up prices on real estate. St. Petersburg city transit and road structure can barely handle the current population.
