Mongolia is and has been a sovereign nation. It's capital is Ulan Bator… The borders in NW china and the ex-soviet -Stans are pretty fluid. Anti-Uighur( mongoloids) activities are on the rise in all parts of Eastern Russia. This could lead to genocide issues. There are many nomads living in the area and all are fiercely independent.

The Siberian Federal District is one of eight federal districts that make up the Russian Federation. It is not now nor was it ever a sovereign nation. To ask for Siberia's relationship with Russia and Mongolia is similar to asking what is Michigan's relationship with the United States and Canada.

Siberia's relationship with Mongolia? Siberia never had relationships, its russian geographic name of land in north Asia. Russia had and has good relationship with Mongolia,it describes why mongolians use cyrillic letters.
With China, after they made own communism, USSR had bad relations,in 1970's as i remember were border conflicts,4 soviet patrols died and almost ~2.000 chineses died,it was provocation with guns and Mao books which wanted new land for China and proving that their communism version of Mao better than Soviet. But with Putin's Russia relationship btw Rus and China now very good.

Siberia is a part of Russia. Mongolia – the small country nearby Russia. China – the big, not bad developed country. Good the neighbour of Russia. With China we always had excellent relations, it is possible even to tell that we friends))
