Siberia is part of Russia. Siberia is that part of Russia that lies east of the Ural mountain range in the Asiatic part of Russia.

Siberia is the Asian region of Russia east of the Ural Mountains. The FL simile doesn't work, unless u use the Southeast, an U.S. region of which Florida is a part of.

Have you looked at a map. Siberia is a region in the far east of the Euro-Asian continent, and Russia itself is a region on the western end of that continent.
