Does it have Omega 3 oils in it ? What the calories?

Here’s a breakdown of the nutrients in caviar:
…it seems to contain plenty of sodium, which I would have guessed! There’s also some polyunsaturated fats, which I believe are the “good” kind, but omega-3 isn’t specifically mentioned.
I know that omega-3 is found in fatty fishes, like salmon, but I don’t know if sturgeon (the traditional caviar source) is considered a fatty fish. I also don’t know if the omega-3 is present in the eggs, anyway.
