The regions of Russia where people look Chinese?

Question by avcom: What do you call the regions of Russia where its people looked Chinese?
I think that there’s a certain part of Russia where its people looked very much Chinese, I would guess that it is a remote part close to the China border, but can you tell me exactly what the place is called?

What's been mentioned Yakutia (Sakha Republic) – home of Yakuts, an indigenous Siberian tribe which bear decent resemblance to Chinese people. And Buryatia, home of Buryats, a Turkoid Mongol people that I suppose one could mistake for "looking Chinese". But it should also be noted that in those remote areas around the Chinese border, excluding the two aforementioned areas (and even to a decent degree within those areas) Russian Far East is nonetheless predominantly populated with ethnic Russians (Indo European people). So don't be confused if you're in Amur Oblast, Primorsky and Khabarovsk Krai and wonder why you're surrounded with blonde and brown haired fair skin Russians. There are number of Chinese (and to lesser extent) Korean immigrants in these areas but don't confuse them for Russians.
