Question by Jason P1978: Is there any universities in St. Petersburg Russia that an American can finish his degree at?
I would like to finish my degree in Russia because my wife is from there and I would like to learn the culture. I speak very elementry Russian though and want to know if there is any universities over there that would teach courses in English. That way I could also take the Russian language course
