Yes he was bourn of russian blood live in paris a very large portion of his life and was jewish i think it might have alot about him on wiki so check it out…

Yes, Marc Chagall was Jewish, though he worked in stained glass and did much work for Roman Catholic cathedrals as well as for synagogues. He exiled in New York in 1941 during Nazi control of Europe but eventually returned to France where he died at age 98 in Saint-Paul.
He learned the art of lithography when he was well into his sixties and produced an abundance of prints as well as his paintings and stained glass.
