What actually killed Pyotr Tchaikovsky?

Question by Gina P: What actually killed Tchaikovsky?
There are two theories as to how the composer died. One is that he died of cholera, the other that he committed suicide by consuming arsenic after being black mailed for his homosexuality.
Which is actually true?

Answer by Napoléon
