Question by jordan: What are some Russian slang terms for different nationalities?
I would like to know what some Russian slang terms for French and British. Like in WWII, Russians called the Germans “Fritz”. Americans called Russians “Ivan” during the Cold War. What did Russians call the British and French?

There are no slang names for British and French people in Russian. At least I have never heard of any.

French people are called Lyagushatniki (Лягушатники) which means "frog-eaters"
thr same way Italians are called Makaronniki (Макаронники) = Macaroni eaters.
English guys are sometims called Nagly (like Angly but ther anagram which means "bold")
