Moscow has a continental climate, which means that the weather behaves in a similar fashion to states such as Ohio, Illinois, Iowa, etc, or Canadian provinces like Manitoba and Alberta. I say this because Moscow can be awfully hot and humid in August sometimes even though it is very cold in the Winter. I would pack for Summer in Minnesota, which means expect temperatures from 60 degrees Fahrenheit to 90 degree Fahrenheit during the day, and slightly cooler temperatures at night. Try going to weather.com and getting a month forecast, and have fun!
