What is Dima Bilan’s hairstyle problem?

Question by Mike: Dima Bilan hairstyle problem?
Hey everyone, I asked this exact same question in hair, but I want to know if any other Russians can help me out.

I have my hair kind of long at the moment so I was thinking of changing my hairstyle to a Dima Bilan. Problem is that hairdressers in america don’t really know what it looks like and I feel kinda weird taking a picture in. So based on the photo added or if it didn’t work, Dima Bilan’s haircut, what would I ask for at a hairdresser. E.g. What to ask for on top, around the sides, and leave the back obviously.

It’s called a mullet. You just have to specify how much you want to be taken off the top and how much you want to leave in the back. Personally, I think this haircut has been out of style of many years now. For some odd reason it became popular in Russia due to a couple of pop stars. Don’t get it. It looks ugly and way out of style.
