I tried to find a map for you, but none were great.
Here is Wikipedia (ugh!) article to support my answer, though.

Hi Party!
The Ob, Yenisei and Lena flow north.
The Amur flows east.
The Volga flows south.
The Neva flows west.
The longest are the northward-flowing rivers of Siberia, but the busiest is the southward-flowing Volga.
The only answer that could be correct is "A." Russia has little Black Sea coast and the major river, the Don, flows west into the Black Sea.
Russia's only seacoast on the south shore of the Baltic, the so-called "Kaliningrad" enclave, has no major rivers. The only significant Russian river flowing into the Bering Sea is the Anadyr, which certainly does not compare to the great Siberian rivers.
You should ask your teacher, though, why, in framing the question, she overlooked the Volga?
