In Russia most people are atheists. If he does follow a religion at all it is likely to be Russian Orthodox.

Dmitry Medvedev is Russian Orthodox, and a believer, as stated here by
the Russian Patriarch in his comment on Putin naming his successor:
The Patriarch of the Russian Orthodox Church praised Medvedev as
"a modern and energetic intellectual . . . an Orthodox believer."
