Question by : What sauce do you use with potato pierogi?
I remember eating them as a child, but with a creamy like sauce (not just sour cream) what kind of sauce do you use with them?

Oh Dear Lord, you don’t put sauce on pierogis – you butter them.

I’ve always had them boiled, then fried, and served with sour cream and applesauce.
By just keying to search “Pierogi”, there are all kinds of things people use as sauce. It sounds like a family recipe – is there anyone you can ask?
