Question by MsBungle: what would you serve with caviar?
Besides chopped egg, chopped onion, blini, toat points and creme fraiche, (and champagne or vodka, of course!) is there anything ELSE that is commonly served with caviar?

I tried caviar once (at least I think that's what it was) with fresh, raw pink salmon.

I think lobster with butter sauce, and asperagus with a little cheese sauce would do it……..

Well I lived in Teheran, Iran some 20 years ago. We didn't need anything with the caviar (3 dollars for a 1 lb. can, eaten straight from the can with a whiff of black pepper with table spoons and a couple of English nurses).
Pink Iranian wodka was the choice drink with it.
No further additional BS required.
